Matcha Green Tea is something I have been obsessed with for quite some time! A couple years ago, my OBGYN/functional medicine doctor suggested I drink green tea, specifically matcha, to help support my female system down under. The green powder can be easily mixed into smoothies, water, or your milk of choice. I personally love tasting the earthy flavor of the green tea leaves ground up all on its own.
