This flavor packed, easy to prepare Mediterranean Whitefish is quick to put on the table. Using peak veggies found at our local farmers’ market~ tomatoes, peppers, and or zucchini~ we sauté them up adding olives, baby artichokes, and fresh herbs all in one pan along with wild arctic cod,(pictured).
